The lower working pressure results in more working comfort for the user while being able to finish more parts per disc. Suitable for heavier chipping work.

Our discs raise the bar for advanced abrasives, doubling cutting speed and life over conventional discs while requiring less grinding pressure. Use for grinding and blending large and small parts on metal surfaces. For heavy-duty applications, you can do more parts per disc so you don't have to replace the disc as often.
Our discs feature 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology, which generates triangular abrasive grains placed electrostatically on the back. This creates sharp points that each act as a separate cutting tool and cut through metal extremely efficiently. These points wear off evenly and continually sharpen themselves as they break off. As a result, less frictional heat is generated and the disc lasts longer. The tough, rigid back is made of vulcanized fiber that is wear-resistant and stands up to tough grinding applications.
