Metaaltechniek carries a wide line of high-quality solid carbide burrs. Different teeth give you the option of choosing aggressive removal or, on the contrary, a more precise finish.

The most common teeth of burrs are

Code Gearing: Material Application
Double Cut (DC) Crosscutting Ferrous and non-ferrous materials, Deburring, finishing, cleaning
Singel Cut (SC) Spiral Gear Ferrous and nonferrous materials Similar application, but a finer finish than the DC
Non-Ferrous (NF) Aluminum gear Aluminum and plastics Deburring, milling, machining, cleaning

We recommend using the burrs in conjunction with a pneumatic machine: 0.6 HP and at least 20,000 Rpm.

The vast majority of burrs are used with a cross cut. If you are looking for specific applications and toothing, please contact us.Several models of burrs can also be supplied with a longitudinal shank or an 8 mm shank.
