The Q-fin TopGrinder Deburring Machine

The TopGrinder from Q-fin is a hand-operated deburring machine and applicable for various operations such as grinding, deburring and polishing.
With our hand grinder, you can deburr very inexpensively and produce a very high quality rounding with minimal effort, easily grind away burrs and also high gloss polishing.

The TopGrinder deburring machine is built with the vision of Q-fin, we have no options, full option is our standard. So the TopGrinder comes standard with infinitely adjustable speed and our vacuum system so workpieces are always clamped on the work table and you always work safely.
Manual deburring with this deburring machine has never been more cost-effective. 

Explanation of Q-Fin TopGrinder

The balance arm allows you to adjust the grinding pressure yourself, from floating to a little more pressure. The grinding head is equipped with two attachments so you can mount various abrasives from commercially available ones with an M14 attachment to the brushes supplied by Q-fin in all types and sizes for the various operations.
The grinding head is adjustable in several positions for various operations and abrasives. Due to the double take-up, a change from, for example, brush to disc is done in seconds. The size of the work surface is 1200 x 780 mm. This brings the maximum dimension for a workpiece to 780 mm. The length is unlimited since the sides of the table can be lowered.

The special Q-fin brushes and most commercially available items with M14 fitting.
