3M™ Scotch® Fine Line Tape 218 has a strong film backing, is thin and has high adhesion strength, allowing you to achieve excellent tight paint lines. Also suitable for other masking and fixing applications.

Scotch® Fine Line Tape 218 features a natural rubber pressure adhesive capable of delivering the high instant adhesion required for critical, large-scale painting applications. This tape has proven to be ideal for painting long, straight lines and smooth lines. The polypropylene backing is stiffer than thin vinyl tapes while conforming easily to corners. Scotch® Fine Line Tape 218 has good resistance to moisture and solvents. It resists heat during baking cycles for up to 30 minutes at 250ºF / 121ºC. Recommended Applications: Refinement of fine lines, special vehicle, marine and aerospace painting.
