3M™ UHMW PE Film Tape 5423 is a versatile, abrasion-resistant 280 µm thick PE tape to protect surfaces and make sliding easier.
Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight polyethylene tape with rubber adhesive layer for sliding surfaces, e.g. in the transportation industry, at filling and packaging stations, and heavy, upholstered furniture or seating. Extremely high gliding capacity, extremely high abrasion resistance, "self-lubricating effect", soundproofing. On the backing, contamination adheres with difficulty, so inks, glues, sealants, etc. are easily removed from the surface. The cover sheet allows easy die-cutting.
