3M™ 218 Fine Line Tape has a strong film backing, is thin and has high adhesion strength, allowing you to achieve excellent tight paint lines. Also suitable for other masking and fixing applications.

3M 218 Fine Line Tape features a natural rubber printing adhesive capable of delivering the high instant adhesion required for critical, large-scale paint applications. This tape has proven to be ideal for painting long, straight lines and smooth lines. The polypropylene backing is stiffer than thin vinyl tapes while conforming easily to corners. Scotch® 3M 218 Fine Line Tape has good resistance to moisture and solvents. It resists heat during baking cycles for up to 30 minutes at 250ºF / 121ºC.
