3M™ 4000+ Series Maintenance-free half-mask

The 3M™ Maintenance Free Half Face Mask 4000+ Series is a simple, ready-to-use mask with integrated filters. The new, improved exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance during exhalation and the silicone-free face seal is soft, skin-friendly and non-allergenic. A resealable bag is included for hygienic storage and transportation.

3M™ Secure Click™ Reusable half-face mask

The 3M™ Secure Click™ half masks are intuitive to use, comfortable and reliable. They offer easier breathing with the world's first 4-flow filter system, quick and easy filter connection and push-button check face seal. The half-face masks are available in three sizes and optionally equipped with a speech diaphragm (HF-800SD version).

3M™ 7500 Series half-face mask

Rugged and very comfortable at the same time - the 3M™ 7500 Series half masks are made of skin-friendly silicone and feature a "drop-down" strap. This circumferential strap allows the half-mask to be worn comfortably in front of the chest during short breaks, rather than having to take it off completely. It is durable, comfortable and safe. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve efficiently expels warm and moist breathing air. The 7500 series also features a wide range of spare parts and is easy to maintain. All masks in this series are equipped with the bayonet-click system.

3M™ 6000 Series half-face mask

The 3M™ 6000 reusable half-face masks are economical, require little maintenance, are easy to handle and lightweight. All masks are available in three sizes and feature the familiar 3M bayonet click system. This allows them to be connected to a wide variety of dual filters to protect the user from gases, vapors and dusts depending on individual needs.

3M™ 6000 Series Half Face Masks can also be used in conjunction with 3M air supply systems for added convenience and flexibility.

Filter selection 3M half-face mask 6000 & 7500 series

For ease of use, the filters can be quickly and securely clicked into place with the reliable 3M bayonet-click system. Depending on the filter, which you have selected, your mask protects against dust, gases and vapors or a combination thereof. The filters are color-coded to help with selection. It also helps you quickly check that your employees have indeed selected the right filter for their specific job. Dust filters are white and have blue or red lettering, depending on the performance level. (Resp. P2 orP3). Combined gas and vapor filters have colored bands, using the color coding of the European standard. Pre-assembled combination filters can be more expensive. After all, if either the dust component becomes clogged or the gas and vapor component becomes saturated, the entire filter must be discarded. With the 3M system, however, you can easily replace individual component parts when they become saturated. See the next page for more information on putting together a combined system.
