Q-Fin TopGrinder

Q-fin's TopGrinder is a hand-operated deburring machine suitable for various finishing operations on metal parts including grinding, deburring, edge rounding and polishing. With the TopGrinder you can deburr semi-automatically at a low cost.

Q-fin allows this machine to achieve very high quality rounding, easy grinding away of burrs and even high gloss polishing with light effort.

The TopGrinder is ergonomically built, robust and particularly safe due to its two-button operation. This mobile deburring machine comes standard with infinitely adjustable brush speed and a vacuum system so that workpieces are always clamped on the work table and you always work safely. You can achieve enormous time savings over manual deburring, if only because the product is fixed much faster.

With the balance arm, you can set the grinding pressure yourself at will through the spring package, from floating to more pressure. The dual grinding head has two attachments so you can mount various abrasives, from standard commercially available ones with an M14 attachment to Q-fin-supplied bowl brushes for different operations.

The size of the worktop is 1200 x 780 mm. This brings the maximum depth for a workpiece to 780 mm. The length is thereby unlimited since the sides of the table can easily be lowered.
