How to use ear muffs

Ear muffs should seal against the head and completely enclose the ears. Adjust the headband so the cushions apply even pressure around the ears for the best noise reduction. Pull hair back and out from under the cushions. Do not wear caps, or pencils behind the ear or anything else that may interfere with the seal. Note: Users of 3M products should be familiar with the instructions for use before use.
