The F200 XL deburring machine is the extended version of the F200 machine. In addition to all the unique features of the F200, the XL has an additional grinding or brushing head resulting in even higher machining speeds, greater rounding and the highest quality rounding as the two brushes rotating against each other give the workpieces an even end result.

The F200 XL is a 3 station machine and comes standard with the brush height tracking system designed by Q-fin. Combined with the simple button system, this makes setting up and working with the F200XL self-explanatory, resulting in the most operator-friendly machine available on the market.

The machine comes standard with infinitely adjustable speed on the transport and on the brush(s) and/or grinding head(s) making all possible operations and results feasible. You determine the desired finish.The F200 XL is optionally equipped with a vacuum system (for non-ferrous metals, e.g., stainless steel and aluminum) or a magnet system (for ferrous metals). These systems ensure effective fixation of the products to be machined on the transport table and, as a result, even smaller workpieces (from 10x10 mm) can be machined safely, smoothly and quickly. Not for nothing are we at Q-fin convinced by a narrow machine for small workpieces and a wider machine for large workpieces.
In many cases, the throughput of this machine is 5x higher than comparable machines.
